Measurements: 4.5 x 2.5 inches.
Condition: Good. This noisemaker was used alot and maybe attended some outdoors parties. There are two rust spots- one on the top left and the other on the front bottom., surface scratches throughout, a dent in the back of the slit of the noisemaker. Despite all of that, the paint and the graphics are vibrant. There are surface scratches on front and back. Noisemaker makes a great sound,
