We buy all of the Unique Pixie Knee Huggers we can find. This is a rare one as we have only seen a few over our 40 years of collecting.
Features: Blonde hair, closed eyes with her blue eyeshadow, and the green and cream polka dot outfit accented with a gold lame collar, shoes and mittens. They came with a Japan label on the hanger, however, there is no label. The cotton polka dot outfit makes this really a unique one.
Size-Small size - 4 inches height.
Condition- Very Good. There is some browning of the outfit on the side of the bent knees and a light spot on the back. The face is clean. No Japan label.

This is a true vintage and loved elf and as purchased.
