Features: Chumley style. Camel felt circular skirt with a dog applique in bed with the leash in gold going around the lower circumference of the skirt. Heavy skirt.
Waist: 13 inches
Length: 31 inches
Condition: Good. Appliqué is intact, zipper works, button hole is a little stretched. There are scattered spots on the felt. Please see pictures.
