We always had a Spooky Cat Hanging on our door for Halloween.

Here is a Vintage H.E. Luhrs USA Halloween Witch Face Die Cut Decoration.
Features: great graphics and expression of the witch, colors, embossed, one-sided decoration, hanging hole in tact.
Made in USA at top embossed and Copyright H.E. Luhrs on the left side of moon.
Condition: Very Good. Looks like it was not used very often. There are a few spots of wear.
The back color looks aged.
Measurement: approximately 10.5" tall x 8” wide.
