We always had a Spooky Cat Hanging on our door for Halloween.

Here is a Vintage H.E. Luhrs USA Halloween Scarecrow Die Cut Decoration.
Features: great graphics and expression of the pumpkin dapper with his hat, pipe, scarf, vibrant colors, embossed, one-sided decoration, hanging hole in tact.
Made in USA at left lower side and Copyright H.E. Luhrs on the lower right side.
Condition: Very Good. Looks like it was not used very often. There are a few spots of wear.
The back color looks aged.
Measurement: approximately 8 inches high x 6.5 wide.
