We always had a Spooky Cat Hanging on our door for Halloween.
Our mom also made every holiday special with sweets, like cut-out cookies or cake and pies. On our cakes there always were cupcakes toppers.

Features: painted cotton face, crepe paper hair, looks like a red enamel nose, witch hat with orange pipe cleaner, estimated to be from 1950, Japan on inside of hat
Condition: Excellent, Looks like it was not used very often. The graphics are still bright and detailed. There is a small crease on the nose.
Measurement: approximately inches 3 3/4 high x 2 inches wide.
Marking: Japan on inside of brim of hat
