Plastic, Stamped Made in Hong Kong on the side of the base, great colors- red plume, eyes, gold accents, fan tail accented with red, feet painted on green stands, they all stand, medium sized, estimated to be from the 1950s or later
Measurements: approximately 2 1/2inches high and 2 inches wide
Condition: Very good for age
