Vintage Christmas Tree Tinsel was made by a lot of companies and in a wide variety of styles and awesome graphic boxes form the 1940 to 1960s. We use these boxes for decorating and staging.
Tinsel holds a special place for us. My dad loved the real lead tinsel and would lay strand by strand on our real Frasier Trees and then remove each strand and save for the next year. He had the same tinsel for decades.

We use these boxes for all holidays, not just Christmas. Here is a great box to use for Valentines Day or Patriotic Holidays.

Features: Red and White colors, Extra long. SIX FEET OF TINSEL!! with original blue circle hanger ring. Great graphics, colors and fonts.
The cut out display window is still in tact with a few small rips. One was repaired.
These did not come with a card for the tinsel. Tinsel has been used and box has wear.
Measurements of box: 15 inches long x 4 3/4 inches
Tinsel: it did have a storage smell. We have been airing the box and tinsel out and the smell has dissipated.
The package has Made by B. Wilmsen, Philadelphia, PA. We love their tinsel.

Condition: Very good. Box is not perfect. The window is ripped. One area was repaired. Side seams open. Colors still vibrant. One tab is missing on end, and both tabs on the other, there is a rip on one side (see pictures). Colors are still vibrant.
The tinsel has been used.
