Handkerchiefs have a history in our house. Our mother had a blue satin quilted handkerchief box chock full of holiday hankies. We followed in her footsteps, however, bought them for staging. Now it is time to downsize them.
Here is a Vintage St. Patrick’s Day Carnation print handkerchief. When growing up we remember the fake carnations.
Features: white and green, carnation print, straight embroidered edges, no designer or tag. Probably from the 1950s.
Condition: lightly used. Slightly faded. This is how we bought it.
Measurements: approximately 12 x 12 inches.
