As kids, on Valentine’s Day we always woke up to a Fannie May red small candy box. My mom would also bake either a red velvet heart cake or red sugared heart cookies. She used Mary’s Sugar Cookie recipe from her 1963 Betty Crocker Cooky Book. We as kids looked forward to this holiday.
We also got monthly magazines like this one.

Here is an Unused February 1951 Jack and Jill Magazine. The cover is done as finger paint. We have features some of the articles and activities.

Features: Unused, Front and back cover look like fingerpaint. There are shy of 70 pages of articles and activities.
Condition: Very good. Unused. Some wear on front and back covers and edges. Corners bent on internal pages.
Measurements: Approximately 10 x 6 1/2 inches
