Here is a small ceramic sailor that would be perfect for a flag. These holders were popular in the 1950 and 1960s for toothpicks, toothbrushes and other items.
Features: Ceramic, saluting sailor, face painted with cute features- smiles, eyes; red white and blue painted outfit, Japan marking on the base.
Measurements: 4 x 3 inches
Condition: Very Good, no cracks, most paint in place, typical wear for age.
