We went through all of our holiday bins we have collected for our assemblages.
Here is a Red, White and Blue Paper Parade Hat probably from 1940s

Features: Cardboard with scalloped paper trim and accordion or honeycomb that stretches as you open hat, red, white stripes with blue and white stars, no marking
Condition: Very good. The colors still are bright, wear and patina, a few tears in accordion or honeycomb at ends, There are some small scattered nicks.
Measurements: approximately 12 x inches

This is true vintage and it has been a part of our vast pin collection.
