Another obsession of ours are Vintage Christmas Corsages. We think that our love for these came from growing up and seeing family members and old photos of lapels or hats adorned with live or store made corsages. We look closely at each one for all the hidden details and surprises.
In the 1950s and beyond these became very popular to either make with kits sold or by manufacturers. Real flowers were expensive so this was analternative. They were offered by five and dime like Woolworths and appeared in seasonal catalogs such as Sears or Eaton’s.

Here is a Vintage Small Christmas Boutonierre or Corsage.

Features: Original box, indent, two pinecones, four red berries, straight pin on back, red satin ribbon. Seasons Greetings and Bells and Holly decorations on the box.

Condition: Very Good
Corsage -Very good. Used, some glitter worn of ornament
Box: Top fits tight, some what cloudy, wear on card, some dents

Measurements: Approximately 4 1/4 x 3 inches
